This pilot program offers entry-level and intermediate-level participants the opportunity to gain real-world, project-based experience in the Project Management field.

Over a 4 week period, job seekers will work in teams of 2–3 to complete remote, employer-hosted projects requiring 40 hours of effort. Job seekers will be matched with U.S.-based employers sourced by Riipen and supported throughout the experience with training, onboarding, and milestone check-ins.

• Help job seekers transition into household-sustaining careers through real work

Timeline

• Employer Recruitment Opens: April 30, 2025
• Project Start Date: Monday June 2, 2025
• Project End Date: Friday June 27, 2025

Learners will engage in work-integrated learning (WIL) projects that align with one of the following tracks:

1. Project Management
2. Project Coordination

Each project will provide participants with an opportunity to:

• Apply technical and soft skills in real-world environments
• Work collaboratively in small teams (2–3 job seekers)
• Gain experience in remote, professional team settings
• Complete a scoped project within 40 hours across 4 weeks
• Receive employer feedback and mentorship
