consumers make purchases.

2. Identify key ethical and social responsibility issues associated with marketing that impacts

consumer behaviour.

3. Determine the factors that influence the spread of a new idea.

4. Explain how diffusion of innovation manifests itself in different ways in various cultures.

5. Analyze current trends in consumer behaviour.

6. Apply current trends in consumer behaviour to the marketing of a product or service.

7. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and their attempts to influence consumer

behaviour.

8. Construct profiles of target market segments to identify which consumer groups are most likely to

purchase a product.

9. Formulate effective marketing strategies to influence consumer decision-making.

10. Create a project to assess the consumer decision-making process.
