Bring on students from the International Development Post-Graduate Certificate Co-op Program at Centennial College (linked here) to be your virtual or in-person interns in a project-based experience. Students will work on one or more projects of your choosing over the placement period.
Would you and/or your agency be interested and able to supervise our students?
Students are required to complete 280 hours of placement between January - April 2022.
Funding options are available for employers and include:
1) A tax credit of up to $3,000 per student per work term
2) Magnet Student Work Placement Program - Up to $7,500
3) Career Launcher Internships -Impact - Up to $10,000

Deliverables will vary depending on the scope of the placement. However, these deliverables must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the placement.

Exigances
Students can be placed in an entry-level role or complete a substantial project for your organization during the placement period. Our students are qualified to engage in projects involving, but not limited to:
- Gender analysis
- Research
- Proposal writing
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Program delivery (including environment, global health, or food security)
- Fundraising
- Outreach and advocacy
- Indigenization

Les entreprises doivent répondre aux questions suivantes pour soumettre une demande de jumelage pour cette expérience:
A representative of the company will be available to answer questions from students in a timely manner for the duration of the project.
A representative of the company will be available for a pre-selection discussion with the administrator of the co-op program to review the project scope.
Provide ongoing support to the co-op student(s) throughout the internship. Students will interact virtually with their primary contact no less than once a week.
