Third-year students enrolled in Loyalist College's Honours Bachelor of Science in Nursing program are ready to collaborate with employers like you to tackle real-world challenges in community and population health nursing. Through our Clinical Practicum: Community And Population Health Nursing course, students delve into the complexities of health disparities and practice culturally sensitive, collaborative care to achieve equitable health outcomes.

By participating in this experience, you'll have the opportunity to engage with dedicated learners who are eager to apply their knowledge and skills to meaningful projects. We aim to foster interdisciplinary partnerships and promote evidence-informed approaches to address pressing health issues.

This is a 13-week, 1-term course. Students have Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from January 7th - April 9th (exclusive of February 24th - March 2nd) to complete the project, with the final project due within the last 2 weeks of the course. Students are to complete 12 hours of work related to the project weekly. Students are assigned a clinical advisor to assist students through the project.
