Objectifs et capacités de apprenant.es

Montclair State University’s Fintech course invites employers to collaborate with undergraduate students who are exploring how disruptive technologies are reshaping the financial services sector. These learners are building foundational knowledge in blockchain, digital currencies, and the evolving regulatory and ethical landscape of fintech—without the use of technical tools or machine learning applications.

Through this experience, students will analyze real-world developments and challenges in fintech, focusing on critical thinking, research, and communication. Employers are expected to provide a clear project focus, maintain regular communication, offer any background materials needed, attend the final presentation virtually, and provide constructive feedback to each student group using the Riipen platform. This collaboration supports applied learning while giving organizations fresh insight into policy, ethical, and strategic fintech topics.
