presentations communication project implementation creative thinkingTrinity Western University’s Media + Communication (MCOM) program offers an experiential learning opportunity for a group of first through fourth year students enrolled in the "Communication Colloquium: Professional Preparation" course. These students are keen to build a broad foundational knowledge of human communication and culture, hone critical and creative thinking skills, and apply their learning through real-world projects. This course emphasizes professional preparation, equipping students with a broad overview of the professional world, interdisciplinary perspectives and a thoughtful engagement of a variety of contemporary issues.
Employers are expected to maintain regular communication with the learners, provide necessary guidance and information for project execution, be virtually present for the final presentations, and offer constructive and professional feedback via the Riipen platform.

Employers will receive a comprehensive final report highlighting the main findings and recommendations proposed by the students. Additionally, learners will present the final results of their projects in a virtual presentation, where they will answer any questions and provide deeper insights into their work.
