Beginning this January, groups of four College-level student-consultants will spend 80 hours per team working to generate actionable consumer insights and branding opportunities for your organization.
Based on a challenge or opportunity that you identify, they will synthesize information provided by you and research data to uncover insights that will help you answer important questions pertaining to your customers, and relevant branding opportunities.
Project examples include, but are not limited to:
- Researching what triggers consumer actions to acquire new customers.
- Explaining why consumers care about your company to increase brand loyalty.
- Researching and action on what desires and motivations your customers have to increase retention.
- Describing current or potential consumer attitudes toward a product or service.
- Providing recommendations on your digital presence to effectively appeal to your target market and to further enhance your brand.
