They student messaged their project manager on slack throughout the project, they met with them twice a week, and submutted any questions they had to management that were relevant to their report that thier PM couldn't help them with.

Did the student effectively manage their time and meet project deadlines? If so, how? If not, what areas could they improve in?

They managed their timeline well through block scheduling to they could balance school with work, and had their report ready two days before the deadline. The presentation could only happen yesterday due to the management team not being available on Monday, otherwise this project would've been done two days early.
