Rochelle brought authenticity and empathy to our project, which was needed to understand and create a customer journey map. For her part of the project, she focused on creative writing to generate content that would resonate with our prospective clients. She went above and beyond our expectations to produce work of excellent quality by conducting her own research through interviews. She demonstrated skill in understanding our brand persona and voice and produced content that we'll be able to repurpose for other parts of the client journey as well.
