Thanks for your help on this project. I believe there are a few areas she could further develop to maximize her potential: 1) Communication skills and 2) Meeting deadlines. While I understand that adjusting to the pace and demands of school and projects can be challenging, meeting deadlines is essential for maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
