RRC Polytech have the students prepared to take on projects such as ours. They give them the technical skill and work very hard to help them develop the soft skills needed to succeed in the workforce. With very strong communication skills, they also demonstrated great critical thinking skills and using Agile project management we were able to ideate and iterate along the way to get to a great end result. The instructors new when to step in but more importantly the students learnt and were not afraid to ask to help!
