optimism business planning operationsWe are expanding our service offerings by opening a play café in Fort St. John. We would like to involve students in the development of our business plan, which we can present to investors.
Students will assist in the following components of the business plan:
Operations:
- Systems
- Regulatory & training requirements
Financials:
- Start-up Costs
- Overhead
- Sales forecast (conservative and optimistic)
- Break-even analysis
The final deliverables should take the form of:
- Operations report
- Financial report
