The main goal of the project is to research technologies to see which software languages would be best to build Jobby's short form video content app (essentially TikTok for jobs), as well as the basic design principles that should be used when building said app. The learner should also look into how artificial intelligence can be leveraged in app in order to drive sales and other desirable effects. This project will involve looking into how competitors are leveraging software applications and artificial intelligence and if similar strategies should be used by us.

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

- Understanding of the technologies and software languages best suited for the development of Jobby's short form video content app.

- Understanding of the basic design principles that should be used when building said app.

- A report explaining the design process and outcomes.

Learners will work closely with the Project Managers in charge of the vision of building Jobby's platform app. They will instruct them on the goals of the platform (creating TikTok but for jobs), and they will have weekly or bi-weekly meetings to gain feedback on their overall work. The manager in charge of this project will review all their suggestions and review their report before it is shown to senior management. Regular communication will also be conducted via slack.
