Our company is seeking someone that can help us with our data analytics work. Your work will involve multiple aspects of our websites and software where we collect data and we need to improve the visualization of that data for users. We also need KPIs derived from that data to improve performance. Your work would involve Phase 1 of our data analytics program which includes the following information and objectives.

Phase 1

• CRO & A/B split testing on our ad-serving tools
• Helping create our analytics dashboards with our designers
• Identifying case uses for machine learning and AI in our ad tools and tracking software
• Creating systems for anonymous data collection for research and feedback for customers
• Market research & surveying of customers
• Market research in tracking technology

Phase 2

• Survey customers to get feedback on our tools and dashboards
• Use our data to compile reports & make recommendations
• Implement machine learning and AI into our tools and tracking products

You'll work with the co-founders and senior management on advancing our data analytics with implementation and helping with feedback systems.
