Raven Reads is a rapidly growing organization and we are looking to enhance our senior management team. This project is to assist Raven Reads with development of a talent acquisition strategy for finding a new Director of Marketing.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, data-driven marketing leader who is passionate about all things e-commerce, social impact and BIPOC start-ups in Canada.
For this project, students will work in a team to develop a recommended approach to recruiting the right candidate for this position and other future senior roles like this. Teams will co-develop suggested approach to recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding senior candidates to ensure Raven Reads is set up for success in the long run.
Students will have regular access to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Raven Reads. Teams will meet regularly either by telephone, Zoom or in-person (where allowed). Teams will meet to establish project scope and key milestones, and will have weekly check-ins to monitor progress, answer questions and monitor any challenges.
