The goal of this project is to create product specifications with impact estimates based on the KPIs we are targeting for our company's product roadmap. This will involve researching and building out 1pagers and full specs given 1 liners from the product roadmap.


Livrables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of the company's product roadmap and KPIs.


- Ability to research and build out 1pagers and full specs given 1 liners from the product roadmap.


- Ability to create product specifications with impact estimates based on the KPIs.



Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.


Mentorat

I will provide weekly mentoring /1 on 1s for the students and I would make myself available to guide the students.
