The main goal of this project is to optimize the resources and people we currently have by creating an efficient system for tracking resource utilization and matching the right resources to the right projects. This will lead to more effective and efficient use of our company's resources and better results for our clients.

Additionally, the project will focus on creating and implementing new procedures and processes to improve the company's overall project management, financial management, client servicing, communication, change management, and decision-making.

The goal of these new procedures and processes is to improve the company's performance, increase efficiency and better results for the company's clients.

Livrables
  • Develop a procedure for documenting resource requirements, including employee skills and experience, and usage.
  • Implement a system for tracking resource utilization and matching resources to the right projects.
  • Create and implement new procedures and processes for managing profits and expenses, client servicing, change management, resource allocation, communication and reporting, project onboarding, performance evaluations and career development, budgeting and forecasting, customer service and support, and governance and decision-making.
  • Use tools such as google sheet, JIRA, and Notion to support the project.
  • Establish a mid-day deadline for resource submissions.
  • Develop a more efficient system for defining projects and their resource requirements, including setting clear scope, timelines, check-ins, and time estimates.
  • Improve current project management tools and boards for progress tracking of resource allocation
  • Develop a better system for employee performance evaluations and development.

  • Provide access to data and relevant company information
  • Offer staff time for guidance and support throughout the project
  • Provide access to necessary tools and technology (Google Sheet, JIRA, and Notion)
  • Provide regular check-ins and feedback on progress
