Aucune compétence répertoriéeThe main goal for the project is to analyze data from past and current clients of FounderNow in order to identify areas for improvement with regard to client experience, with the ultimate aim of lowering the customer churn rate. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Gathering data from past and current clients through phone calls and emails.
- Analyzing the gathered information to identify trends and patterns in client experiences.
- Compiling a report outlining areas for improvement with regard to client experience based on the analyzed data.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- Compiled a report outlining areas for improvement with regard to client experience based on the analyzed data.
Final deliverables:
- A comprehensive report outlining areas for improvement with regard to client experience.
The students will be shown how to approach data collection and analysis before starting work on tis project, and their work will be frequently checked to make sure they are following all guidelines to gather unbiased data and to make sure they are analyzing the data they gather correctly. The student will also have weekly one on one meetings with their supervisor for this project. They will receive constructive criticism, praise for what they are doing well, and be given instruction on how to improve. Their manager will also be available for any of their questions through Slack at any time.
