The main goal of this project is to update the website for Sodale Group and add a UGotThis Tab and finance fund raise information. This includes support of a private REIT listing on FrontFundr, including a pitch book, and potential support of refinement of the REIT financial model. Key focus will be on materials marketing and publishing focus. Looking for graphics people and advanced layout people


Livrables

The tasks that learners need to complete to achieve the project goal include:

- Updating the website for Sodale Group and adding a UGotThis Tab and finance fund raise information.

- Supporting a private REIT listing on FrontFundr, including creating a pitch book.

  • Key focus will be on materials marketing and publishing focus. Looking for graphics people and advanced layout people

Final deliverables should include:

- Updated pitch materials for residents, developers, investors and website updates.
