Our intent is to offer an overnight bus service, starting in Moncton, connecting in Fredericton, and then driving directly to Pearson International Airport. It will cut the cost of flying out of New Brunswick in half.
Our first trips will begin in December 2024. This project will put together the go to market strategy across digital and traditional media and propose ad spend in each category and some copy for the campaign.
By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:
- Research current transportation options and costs from Maritime provinces to Ontario and articulate key messaging for new service
- Research digital and traditional advertising costs in the region and propose an ideal mix of the two
- propose a strategic marketing campaign to raise awareness of the new service and solicit customers
- propose ad budget across media verticals
- provide a pitch deck with campaign messages for digital and traditional media and a proposed budget for effective market penetration
Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:
- The customer segments our brand primarily caters to.
- Information about our products/services.
- Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
