The main goal for the project is to conduct a business process analysis for Mimico Physiotherapy and Chiropractic Clinic and plan how technology can be implemented to automate repetitive tasks, improve operational efficiency, and workflow automation. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:

- Conducting interviews with the staff to understand the current business processes and pain points.

- Analyzing the existing workflow and identifying areas for improvement and automation.

- Researching and recommending technology solutions that can streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Developing a plan for the implementation of the chosen technology solutions.

- Creating a timeline for the implementation process and outlining the expected benefits.

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

- A comprehensive report on the current business processes, pain points, and areas for improvement.

- A technology recommendation document outlining the chosen solutions and their benefits.

- A detailed implementation plan with a timeline and expected outcomes.
