Objective
We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitors in our space and how we can differentiate ourselves through our product/service offering, and our messaging.
Identify competitors: by identifying the companies that will compete with us in the market. Look for companies that offer similar products or services to our target audience.
Research competitors: Gather information about competitors' products, services, pricing, marketing strategies, and target audience. You can do this by visiting their websites, checking out their social media profiles, and reading reviews and articles about them.
Analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses(SWOT Analysis): Evaluate competitors' strengths and weaknesses in relation to our business. Look at their pricing, product offerings, marketing strategies, and target audience to identify their competitive advantage.
Determine competitive advantage: Once you have identified your competitors' strengths and weaknesses, think about how the business compares. What unique value does the business offer that competitors don't? How can we differentiate from the competition?
Identify possible improvements to the business.
Students will connect directly with the company founders for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.via regular communications using slack, google meetings, phone calls
