user research prototyping market research research usability legal discoveryWe are looking to have students conduct usability tests with 5 pre-identified customers, in order to test our latest prototypes for our next feature launch. We will provide the customer contact information, and will obtain their consent to participate. Students will be responsible for:
- Interview scheduling
- Conducting interviews remotely
- Writing and presenting user research findings
- Analyzing the results and suggesting possible solutions
- Following up with the customers to share the final case studies and thank them for their participation
- User research plan
- Final presentation and analysis of the findings
- Conduct market research and Customer Discovery calls/Interviews
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. Students will have a clear understanding on market research plans/goals
