Détails

La Connexional is a community focused social enterprise that is run by a team of dedicated individuals on a part-time basis. We have steadily grown over 4 years, from inaugurating Alberta's only Afro-Latin Festival to building a robust and resilient community through innovative events and workshops. We're currently formalizing our processes and developing new revenue streams in light of the COVID-19 pandemic with the goal of scaling La Connexional nationally and creating impactful employment opportunities.

The aim of this project is to allow our social enterprise to tap into sponsorships, unused resources and grow our start-up. We have built a strong community over the years and we have a niche audience and we believe there is lots of potential into acquiring and seeking long term partnership with organizations that would like to gain brand exposures to the communities we serve.

  • Marketing Mix – product, price, place, and promotion
  • SWOT – determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats by examining internal and external factors that affect the business's success.
