This will involve several different steps for the team, including:
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Aligning with the focus on data extraction and cleaning.
- Metric Analysis:
- Bounce Rate: Identifying high bounce rate pages.
- Conversion Rate: Tracking conversion events.
- Engagement Rate: Measuring session engagement.
- CLV: Calculating and leveraging for targeted strategies.
- EDA: Using visualization tools aligns with exploratory data analytics mentioned.
- Predictive Modeling: Developing models using machine learning fits the data mining/machine learning scope.
- Prescriptive Analytics: Providing actionable recommendations aligns with decision making and prescriptive analytics.
By the end of the project, the team should complete the following tasks:
- Comprehensive report on findings and predictive models.
- Interactive dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Recommendations for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
