The primary goal is to identify and prioritize the most impactful dietary goals that can be achieved using H.A.P. This involves a comprehensive analysis of current nutritional deficiencies and potential enhancements that H.A.P can facilitate. The project will focus on understanding how H.A.P can be applied to improve nutritional value, taste, and sustainability of food products. By dissecting real-world dietary challenges, the project seeks to provide actionable insights into how biotechnology can transform food consumption and health outcomes.
The project will deliver a detailed report outlining the prioritized dietary goals that can be addressed using H.A.P biotechnology. This includes a comprehensive analysis of current dietary shortcomings and potential H.A.P applications.
