The goal of this project will be to analyze, improve, and implement processes designed for smooth business operations.

Students will assist with the creation of new processes, projects, and products. Many of these tasks will require learning how to use software and applications.

Some of these activities will include:

- Course creation (formatting, marketing, and material creation - not content creation)

- Market research and search engine optimization research

- Creation of detailed content briefs

- Organization of project management tool

- Creation of documents and tools for streamlined business admininstration

Students will receive one-on-one support from the project manager and CEO/founder, as well as training for tools, processes, and technology. Students will receive access to our paid tools and software via a password manager application, and may also use free tools on their own.
