We are looking to gain a better understanding of out target market to ensure we are positioning ourselves in the right segment, offering effective benefits, and creating the best marketing messages.

What we do: Bookup offers unique online solutions for businesses operating within the tourism and hospitality industry. The products and services offered help our clients streamline their daily activities using web and software solutions, thus improving overall business operations. On top of offering clients improved software solutions for digitizing their businesses, Bookup provides professional services in the following areas: Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, property management services, and new business start-up support.


To accomplish this, you could focus on providing:

  • A complete analysis of our current offerings, our target market, and the positioning of our brand.
  • Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand, product, service, etc.
  • Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market.
  • Gathering data for website population, helping develop our HR database system, and reviewing training manuals and the HR handbook geared towards our connect-a-pro project.


We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including personnel, marketing strategies, marketing and sales collateral, etc.

We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market and how we can better satisfy their needs. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products to better suit the market.

Mentorat

All positions for this project will be remote. Weekly Zoom meetings will be mandatory and we will use this time to present tasks and a time for Q&A. We will follow up by email and/or phone during the project timeline as needed. As well, mentorship and supervision will always be available to students needing further information. We are here to help and provide an excellent learning opportunity to all interns we get to work with.

Executive Summary

Bookup is developing one-stop shop travel websites and direct-booking sites that we match with a property management software (PMS), created for accomodators who are looking to amalgamate the way they market their business on multiple intermediary booking platforms. Our websites are available for accommodators, and when used in conjunction with the PMS, it enables business owners to manage multiple booking platforms at one time in one location. This includes everything from financials, communications, bookings, and cleaning management. On top of offering clients improved software solutions for digitizing their businesses, Bookup provides other professional services: Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, and Start-up support. Our goal is to help accommodators streamline their daily activities and thus, improve overall business operations and employment in their area. The main goal is to create a franchisable business model to help our company grow.
