We would like to explore business opportunities in the cleantech and renewable energy sectors in North America. We would like to explore potential clients, gaps in the market, opportunities to differentiate, current players in the area, etc. At the end of the project we would like a comprehensive report with recommendations of target companies or other areas to focus on.

Our specific need is a recommendation of 6-10 companies to target for business development. We would like to understand their needs, activities, history and what the opportunities are for us, based on our skill set.

The main activity will be online research: website & social media audits, industry research to understand history and trends, media research to determine targets, competitors, current climate and potential opportunities.

Once the research is completed, we would like to have it organized in a comprehensive report for follow-up.

Ideally, the person/persons who take on this project are familiar with Notion and the final report can be available there.

We are available to connect with students 1:1 for the duration of this project. We have one person who will be the designated supervisor and two additional person from the leadership team who are available for questions and feedback during the term of the project.
