We want to increase brand awareness by setting up a You Tube channel and creating with 1-2 short instructional videos to showcase our expertise and to increase brand awareness. We would like students to:

-Create the channel on You Tube

- Help us script the videos

- Film and edit the video(s)

-Create a procedure manual to enable us to do more of these videos in the future

We think this project could include the following stages:

• Create channel
• Script pitch and approval
• Present filming options
• Filming scheduling
• Post-production
• Create procedure manual for doing these in future

The final deliverables should take the form of:

• Dedicated You Tube channel
• Final videos posted on channel
• Procedure manual to guide future video creation and posting

Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship throughout the project. We envision a kick-off meeting to review the project followed by development of a project schedule. We will then hold several meetings to plan content and other video details and determine tasks and resources needed. We will then hold meetings at least weekly to review project progress. Employer is also available via email or phone for any immediate problems.
