We would like to collaborate with students to develop such a forum for our company.
This will involve several different steps for the students, including:
- Familiarizing themselves with our platform, target market, products and services.
- Researching and selecting suitable software for our forum website.
- Organizing the forum and identifying relevant topics.
- Creating user rules for the forum.
- Considering ways to increase customer engagement in the forum.
Bonus steps in the process would also include:
- Recommending future features to implement in the forum.
By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:
- Familiarity with our platform, target market, products and services
- Selection of suitable software for the website
- Organization of the forum through topic classification
- Creation of user rules
- Consideration of ways to increase customer engagement
Bonus steps would include:
- Recommending features to implement in the future
Final deliverables should include
- A final report.
- A presentation.
