performance management researchThe student will help support a variety of Human Resource programs and procedures to improve the strategic use of human resources for our team. Assist different teams in managing performance improvement, recruitment.
- Reorganizing and reviewing 6 job posts, reviewing resumes and following up on job applications.
- Connecting with Canadian post-secondary institutions and arranging job board postings.
- Guiding new team members through their onboarding journey.
- Checking in with team members and making sure that they receive necessary support when faced with challenges
- Assisting with recruitment efforts and conducting research on HR practices.
