1Conceptualize and design the user interface (UI) and conduct user experience (UX) research

Working prototype of the full product for demo and developmetn purpose


Participants will need to:

  1. Conduct research to understand the needs, challenges, and preferences of immigrant users and businesses.
  2. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes on figma based on PRD
  3. Create a visually appealing and intuitive design that promotes accessibility and usability.
  4. Collaborate with ImmiCan's team to ensure the design aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  5. Iterate and Design.
  6. Provide design documentation and assets for implementation.
  7. Cross sectional teamwork with daily reporting to supervisor


Livrables

Participants will need to:

Mentorat
  1. Mentorship Program: Assign experienced mentors skilled in product management, UI/UX design, and Agile/Scrum to provide guidance, offer feedback, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
  2. Access to Tools and Resources: Ensure participants have free access to key design and project management tools (like Figma, Adobe XD, Jira), along with relevant learning materials and resources.
  3. Regular Progress Reviews: Organize bi-weekly check-ins to monitor progress, resolve challenges, and keep the project on track, using tools like Trello or Asana for effective communication and tracking.
  4. Workshops and Expert Sessions: Conduct workshops on UI/UX design principles and Agile methodologies, and invite industry experts for guest lectures to provide practical insights and inspiration.
  5. Feedback and Collaboration: Establish a structured feedback process for continual improvement and encourage team collaboration using platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams for effective communication.

Our product is a AI assistant designed for immigrants to overview a roadmap and connect with businesses. This assistant guides them through the process of settling in a new environment, connecting them with various services offered by businesses on our platform.

ImmiCan targets global immigrants seeking assistance with economic integration and business owners looking to offer their services to this demographic.

Unique Value Proposition:
ImmiCan stands out with its dual-component platform: an AI assistant tailored for immigrants and a comprehensive front-end suite for business owners. This combination addresses the needs of both immigrants and service providers in a single, integrated ecosystem.
