Details:

The goal of the Strategy Implementation Project is to have 3-4 students review, analyze and update Help Heal Humanity’s current proposed business strategy plan. These students will also be expected to start putting all these created business strategies into implementation for Help Heal Humanity. This project requires social impact-driven consulting skills. This project will provide students with the opportunity to participate in hands-on work in the business sector of a grassroots charity.

About Help Heal Humanity:

Help Heal Humanity is an international charity which helps provide the world’s most vulnerable with access to education, food, community and love. Specifically, we have focused our efforts in Canaan and Citi Soleil - Haiti, where over 4.5 million people go without electricity, running water, food, resources and absolutely no form of government support.

Some of the students tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Analyzing and reviewing Help Heal Humanity’s current proposed business strategy plan inclusive of financial aspects.
• Editing and updating this current proposed business strategy plan to provide the best plan for HHH to thrive as a non-profit organization.
• Adding new recommendations for HHH’s current proposed business and marketing strategy plan.
• Start to put the strategies outlined in the created proposed business strategy plan into action for HHH.
• Communicating professionally and effectively with the HHH team throughout the project
• Responding to emails related to the project you are managing.

Students will work closely with the CEO who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Student will be expected to be able to manage the project independently and oversee others. The student will be in contact with the CEO frequently.

The students involved in this project will be working closely with the CEO of Help Heal Humanity and the Board of Directors by way of virtual meetings and online communication to ensure the students have all the information they require for this project.
