MyRide901 is vehicle management app currently targeting the B2C market. We want to leverage the success of the B2C app to enter the B2B/SAAS market. As a first step, we need to investigate opportunities within the B2B automotive management industry, and develop a entrance strategy.

 

Objective

The objective of this project is to investigate and develop a strategy for MyRide901 to enter the B2B/SAAS market by:

 

  • Conducting market research to analyzing the B2B automotive management industry and identify key players, market size, and growth potential while understanding the needs, pain points, and expectations of B2B customers;


  • Developing a tailored B2B business model canvas for MyRide90l that outlines key components such as value proposition, customer segments, channels, revenue streams, and partnerships;


  • Identifying specific B2B customer segments (e.g., automotive dealerships, rental companies) to understand the unique needs and preferences of each segment;


  • Determining competitive and profitable pricing strategies for MyRide901 B2B services;


  • Developing a Go-to-Market Strategy that includes a clear plan for entering the B2B market; an outline of target regions, industries, and customer segments; sales channels and strategies to reach B2B customers; and an approach for B2B customer acquisition, onboarding, and support; and


  • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success in B2B sales such as customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and conversion rates.

  • Familiarity with our current, B2C target market, products and services
  • Understanding of the the B2B automotive management industry, including identification of key players, market size, and growth potential
  • Assessment of our marketing strategy
  • Recommendation of marketing tactics
  • Recommendation of pricing strategies for MyRide901 B2B services for a specific market
  • Key Performance Indicator recommendations

  • A 10-minute presentation
