As a subsidiary of Social Lite, Merchant Mastery is an online training center for Shopify store owners that was launched in 2020. We provide courses that help Merchants with their sales and marketing strategy.

The main objective is to bring more value to our current eCommerce merchants in our Elite Merchant Mastery program. Therefore we would like to find out more about eCommerce Shopify Store Owners & our Merchants in regards to what marketing services (in the form of courses) they would like to have. Some of the main questions we would like to uncover are:

  1. What pricing in relation to their revenue would they like to have?
  2. What service options would they like added or improved?
  3. Why take our course rather than our competitors (differentiators)?
