The main goal of this project is to review and implement given recommendations produced from Risk Management Report from Phase 1 of the project. And reproduce an Updated Risk Management Report in the same structure given and if possible, rebranded with Maid In Luxury logo and colors.

This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:

Of note is the Risk Assessment Matrix for the below categories seen in the RMR which were graded between Likelihood (1-5), Impact (1-5), Risk Level (L, M, H):

Given the timeline of this Experience:

  1. Game plan which of the 4 categories presented can be addressed given the Mitigation Strategies from the Risk Management Report.
  2. Based on the assessment determined by the group in part 1 above implement what the team reasonably determines can be delivered in this phase.
  3. Reassess the cybersecurity status based on the original Risk Management Matrix to reflect areas of improvement
  4. After implementation, walk our Management Team through what has been done
  5. Provide an Updated Risk Management Report and if possible when doing so rebrand it with the Maid In Luxury logo and brand colors
