The main goal of this project is to develop a volunteer recruitment, training, and retention program for Play Forever that effectively engages and utilizes volunteers in various capacities to support the organization's mission.

2. Develop a volunteer recruitment strategy that targets diverse, skilled, and committed volunteers, using various channels and outreach methods.
3. Create a streamlined volunteer onboarding process, including application forms, interviews, background checks, and orientation sessions.
