We would like students to help us develop an internationalization strategy for our new flagship product the Capra Press, an innovative coffee maker.

We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what are the needed elements to make the project a success.

Livrables

The students will have the choice to undertake a study of one of the below regions/ countries:

  • Asia
  • Europe
  • North America (excluding Canada)

After choosing a region the student will do an in-depth analysis on which country/ies represent the best market opportunities. Their analysis can include but shall not be limited to:

  • An analysis of the current international business environment (competitors, legal, political, economic, industry size)
  • An overview of potential opportunities and challenges facing the company in the chosen geography
  • Target market research in the chosen geography
  • Specific marketing strategies in the chosen geography
Mentorat

Students will work closely with the marketing manager who is supervising and available for questions. There will be an initial kick-off meeting where the student/s will be introduced to the brand and go through the project requirements in detail.

This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
