- Help choose a software that we will purchase.
- Design the conversation in a chatbot, and work with us to create the conversation flow and to answer most frequent asked questions with most info found on our website data.
- Train the chatbot
- Give the Chatbot a personality (emoticons, colors, buttons, casual language, friendly avatar image, Creative name for your bot)
- Quality Control: Test the chatbot for errors or improvements
- Collect feedback from users
- Monitor chatbot analytics to improve (bounce rate, effectiveness)
Programming skills and languages, knowledge of chatbox frameworks, natural language processing, creativity, design skills, quality control and testing skills, AI knowledge/skills, communication skills.
We will provide access to data, and discussions on paying for any platforms or technology to help facilitate the best outcome. We can set up meetings for questions and directions on what information is important for the end user. We have a strong idea of what 90% of our customers will typically ask so we can help built our the dialogue for the chatbox.
