The main goal for the project is to create a comprehensive social media campaign strategy for Peak Performance HR and develop HR-related content for the company's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups. Additionally, the project aims to help create podcasts to be shared online via various platforms and manage the company's social media platforms ensuring regular content is created and shared.


This will involve several different steps for the learners, including:


- Conducting a thorough analysis of the company's HR consulting services, target audience, and unique selling points.


- Developing a social media campaign strategy that aligns with the company's brand and goals.


- Creating HR-related content for the company's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.


- Assisting in the creation of podcasts and managing the company's social media platforms.

By the end of the project, learners should complete the following list of activities:


- A comprehensive social media campaign strategy for Peak Performance HR.


- HR-related content developed for the company's website, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups.
