Times Group Corporation is looking for a high-level student(s) to join our team for a condo project located in Niagara Falls, Ontario if built.

The student(s) will assist the client with a report and presentation that will include the following work and deliverables:

  • market analysis
  • unit pricing
  • optimum unit mix and sizes
  • achievable rents
  • amenity package
  • appropriate marketing and leasing strategies

Weekly meetings via Zoom as follows: Week 1: Introduction, Week 2: Work planning, Week 3 and onward: Weekly progress meeting and discussions, Week before last: Final Presentation, Last Week: Final Report
