We would be grateful to work with a team of 2-3 students with experience in Business Planning.
We are looking to launch our new business and would like to involve students at all levels at this exciting time as we work to develop a financial business plan for 'Munchies Cannabis.' We are starting from scratch, and we can provide access to internal documentation, other information as needed, and access to key contacts. Based on our unique goals and constraints, we would like students to develop a strong, competitive financial business plan to present to investors. This is very important for all of our current moves, ex: building purchase, etc.
We have no understanding of the following and need help with
- Sales forecasting
- Expense budget
- Income projections (conservative and aggressive)
- Assets and liabilities
- Break-even analysis

We require assistance in the areas of creating a business plan, designing our store (once a location has been approved), Market research, Developing SOP's (following strict AGCO guidelines), Website development, Branding, Logo Design, Financial Projection of Ottawa and surrounding areas for Dispensaries, average cost of opening a dispensary and average monthly expenses, competitor/advertising/marketing/successful/unsuccessful campaigns and why?
