We are looking for a student or students to help with the creation of new products that are complimentary to our Drynken line of beverages which includes a line of small-batch roasted craft blend coffee and premium loose-leaf teas. Specifically, we want to develop a granular, plant-based, shelf-stable, non-diary creamer that appeals to vegans, has a shelf life of at least 12 months and can withstand the rigours of shipping.
Research and develop a formula and methodology to produce a granular plant based, instant dissolving, shelf stable non-dairy creamer.
Provide a nutritional analysis of the finished product.
We will be available to meet with students on a regular basis for the length of the project.
