Teacher Care Now Foundation Inc. (TCNfi) is a Teacher Health and Wellness nonprofit. We provide teachers with health & wellness resources and support. The main goal of this project is for each student to create a 5 to 15 minute informational video on a health & wellness topic. This will involve the following steps for the learners:

1. Research one of the predetermined health & wellness issues prevalent among teachers. Note information that would be helpful to share with teachers and strategies to combat the issue.

2. From this information, create a 5 to 15 minute informational video on the health & wellness video for teachers.

3.From the information in the video, create a digital worksheet to accompany the video.

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:

• Understanding of existing health & wellness issues prevalent among teachers.

• Understanding of creative video development.

• Understanding of worksheet development.

• Proficiency in Canva Pro

Final deliverables should include:

• A 5 to 15 minute health & wellness video.
• A health & wellness worksheet to accompany the video.
