Our company has a Software as a Service (SaaS) web application. We would like to collaborate with students to update our email notification content and presentation

This will involve:

• Conducting background research on our existing product, processes, and policies.
• Review existing emails and suggest changes.
• Improve emails using HTML and integrate mailchimp or twilio
• Auditing of our current GDPR mitigation techniques, processes, policies, and more to ensure compliance.

By the end of the project, students should be able:

• Review the product and understand all communications points
• review all existing emails and notifications
• improve email presentation

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

• Current product understanding and notification points
• Current email notification
• Input on choices, problems or anything else the students might encounter.
• Tools and subscription required
