We would like to create a branded library of up-to-date HR tools, templates, processes, policies, best practices, etc. that we can share with our clients to support their ongoing requirements. This library would be accessible to our internal team of HR & Recruitment consultants and would provide a consistent set of documents that can be utilized by our clients.

Livrables

The high-level training design should be based on our provided objectives and include templates, processes, strategy, and implementation guidelines. Students will require familiarity and/or have the ability to research human resources legislation & compliance requirements (ESA, OHSA) as well as other HR topics and best practices.

Students will also need to have advanced skills in MS Word, including developing and formatting forms, templates, and policies.

Mentorat

Students will connect directly with the President & Lead Consultant Peak Performance HR for mentorship and supervision throughout the project.
