Our goal is to build our customer loyalty program and create an integration plan for it with our marketing goals.

Livrables
  • customer communications: conduct a survey with our customers identifying how to improve our customer service and to learn more about what's important to them with our customer loyalty program
  • project management: work with our CEO to review and re-structure our customer loyalty program
Mentorat

Students will work closely with the primary project manager, Christal Earle, who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include 5 hours of focused mentoring on their area of choice.

We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Company Slack channel, Zoom, in person if applicable

We are ecommerce based but sell through many channels.
