The goal of this project is to assist in all areas related to producing the yearly Women in Leadership 2 Day Symposium. This will include creating systems for ticket sales, sponsorship programs, creating marketing materials to attract new sponsors, developing a program itinerary, and updating the website content for the yearly and monthly programs. The project team will work closely with the founder and senior project manager to manage departmental staffing needs. "Payment by funder C$1,400.00"


Livrables

By the end of the project, learners should demonstrate:


- Creation of systems for ticket sales and sponsorship programs.


- Creation of marketing materials to attract new sponsors.


- Development of a program itinerary.


- Updating of the website content for the yearly and monthly programs.


- Management of departmental staffing needs.



Final deliverables should include:


- All source code.


- A written report explaining the design process and outcomes.


- A presentation summarizing the project and its results.


Mentorat

All students will work closely with the Founder and Project Manager to complete all tasks.

Team will have regular weekly meeting to review performance and give constructive feedback.

Founder will provide training where necessary.  "Payment by funder C$1,400.00"
