customer service planning cash flow management dispute resolution upselling customer relationship managementWe're looking for students to help us manage cash flow, payment collection, and dispute resolution. The Account Manager will also play a very key role in managing our clients, including upselling, customer satisfaction, and generating referrals for our business.
- Help to manage cash flow.
- Manage client accounts and contractor payments.
- Assist in building client relationships.
- Help to optimize the processes of the company to make them more efficient.
- Use our website and CRM to effectively manage our customers.
- Make important strategy and planning decisions.
Students will be trained on the tasks they will need to carry out, and work closely with their project manager who will supervise them and be available to help and answer any questions they may have. This will also include bi-weekly progress meetings with the project manager where feedback will be provided, and adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. Regular communication will be conducted via slack and WhatsApp.
Compensation: Payment by funder C$1,400.00
